👋 Hey! I'm Ryan.

Director of Operations and Project Management at Code and Trust, a software agency. I own delivery across every client project we run: requirements, ticketing, review routing, QA, release, and the client conversation around all of it. I write the specs, cut the tickets, route the reviews, and stay hands-on in the code when that is the fastest way to unblock a team. If you care about shipping software predictably, let's talk.

✏️ What I use to deliver solutions:

MacOS TypeScript JavaScript Python Node Bun React Next.js Expo Tailwind CSS HTML5 CSS PostgreSQL Supabase Firebase AWS Vercel Netlify Docker Github Actions Git Github Sentry Jira Slack Figma Claude

🎓 How I run delivery:

Requirements Ticketing Code Review Routing QA Client Comms Agency Ops

🔨 I'm working on:

  • Currently building
- Delivery systems at Code and Trust: a repeatable pipeline that turns a client
conversation into requirements, epics, tickets, review assignments, and a
verified release, across every project we run at once.
- Vera Memory: an episodic memory engine for AI agents, so an assistant
remembers what happened last week instead of starting over every session.
  • Soon I'll be building
    • Automated portal briefings that summarize project boards for clients
    • Better QA tooling for pre-release ticket verification

💻 What I ship:

Most of my work lives in private client repositories, so the contribution graph above tells the story better than a repo list does. Day to day that looks like:

  • Web and mobile product delivery for agency clients, from discovery through release
  • Requirements documents with real traceability from spec to ticket to pull request
  • Internal tooling: client portals, briefing generators, and delivery automation
  • Personal projects in AI agent memory and developer tooling
