I'm not sure exactly what to add. I do not know all the ins and outs of this myself but tried to improve it

I changed the formatting. Some of the release notes have the three sections:
While some just have headers that tell something about the content. Like "New direct emissions method". Also, the last point to check I think is the upcoming changes. Wasn't completely sure about those. |
