More and more contributors add unnecessary tests to their PRs (or often their agents do). I always have to come up with a new text to explain why that is unnecessary. So I'd like to have a template for this, which I can just copy.

Any wording improvements here are welcome! I don't think the current wording best communicates the problem with tests yet. |
