Summary

This PR fixes a couple of minor grammar issues in the contributing guide.

Changes

  • Add a missing comma for readability.
  • Change "in web browser" to "in a web browser".

These changes improve readability without changing the meaning of the documentation.

I adjusted a couple of the suggested edits (reverting one, stacking a second tweak on top of another), so this looks good to me now. Thanks for the adjustments!
