Change

Privacy controls move to their own page under Account, with the legal-approved copy from putdotio/support#135.

Before After
Account Before: Account After: Account
Privacy controls Before: Privacy controls inline on Account After: Privacy controls page

Validation

  • Code changes: ./gradlew verify and ./gradlew :mobile:assembleProductionDebug :tv:assembleProductionDebug
  • Proof for each matching row of the AGENTS.md proof map

Unverified: flipping either toggle on a live account.

Account now shows one Privacy controls row with the current state
("Diagnostics on · Product analytics off"). It opens a page with Strictly
necessary (Always on), Diagnostics and Product analytics, a group footer,
and Privacy policy and Services we use links. Copy is the legal-approved
set from putdotio/support#135.

./gradlew verify and scripts/prove.sh mobile pass on the API 37 phone emulator. These captures are the real mobile shell with controlled account state: diagnostics on, analytics off, no API calls. I didn't check a live signed-in session or the two outbound links.
Overlaps #333: this PR already drops the same cross-app note, string and test lines, so #333 conflicts in all three of its files once this lands. It's redundant here; close it or rebase it to empty.

P2 Badge Keep the privacy page reachable when settings fail

On a fresh launch where account settings remain loading or fail (for example, due to a network or access error), this callback is only wired through the AccountSettingsContent.Ready branch, so the Account screen never renders the Privacy controls row. Although the new privacy screen explicitly supports loading/failure states and keeps its policy links available, users cannot navigate to it in those states; expose the navigation row outside the ready-only settings items, using a fallback summary until preferences are available.
