myna crawlproof ads show|pause|resume|budget|delete <ref> talk to the campaign route crawlproof gained in #238, so the ad a post opened can be read (delivery, spend, the visits it sent) and changed from the terminal it was posted from. delete needs --yes; pausing keeps the history.
