Pin StringZilla by commit in the Nix package

nix/deps.nix fetched StringZilla by tag (v4.5.1). It now uses the commit that tag points to (7ca3964), matching every other entry. The content hash is unchanged: nix store prefetch-file --unpack on the commit URL gives the same sha256, and scripts/verify-nix-deps.sh and nix build pass.
