chore: cut CHANGELOG for v1.5.0 - #69

Renames [Unreleased] to [1.5.0] - 2026-10-09 (one merged change since v1.4.0: #67 approve --watch job/step progress, with its run 0 and job/step ordering fixes), adds a fresh empty [Unreleased] section, and updates the compare links. Minor bump: a feature-level change to approve --watch output, no breaking changes.

Release prep for v1.5.0, per the release process (CHANGELOG cut lands on

approve --watchoutput (new NDJSON event kinds), with no breaking changes.Testing
CHANGELOG-only change; no code changed. Checked the diff by hand. No CHANGELOG entry for this PR itself, since it's docs-only with no user impact beyond the release notes.
The
v1.5.0tag will be pushed fromdevelop's tip only after this merges and on explicit go-ahead.
