I’m a registered nurse and clinical systems builder focused on Epic documentation workflows, triage operations, local-first tools, and human-reviewed AI prototypes.
My clinical background spans emergency care, remote triage, case management, utilization review, and documentation-heavy operations. The projects here explore the systems around that work: how information is captured, how responsibility moves, where workflow creates avoidable burden, and how software can make state, provenance, escalation, and review more explicit.
- Epic SmartPhrase Visual Builder — functional offline prototype for composing and reviewing SmartPhrase drafts before testing them in an approved Epic environment.
- Project Atlas — local-first desktop command center for project state, next actions, blocked work, and review-gated AI.
- Bag of Holding — governed local-first knowledge substrate for provenance, authority, and currentness.
- Metis Head — simulation-first prototype for testing voice commands, tool review, and bounded memory access.
- CANON — constraint-first model for examining whether systems remain viable under load.
- Coheronia — Godot survival-settlement sandbox demonstrating stateful simulation and systems design outside healthcare.
These are independent projects and prototypes. Repository documentation states what works, what remains incomplete, and where validation or production evidence is absent.
