This adds the @powersync/standalone-client package, which can subscribe to Sync Streams to materialize an in-memory collection of tables without using SQLite or a full PowerSync SDK.

powersync-ja/tanstack-db@083a6cc is a vibe-coded POC integrating this into the the existing TanStack DB collection package. I think the standalone client is too different to belong into the same package though, this is also making everyone pay some added bundle costs. I'll share my thoughts on that offline.

AI use: Most of the package and its tests were ported from Ralf's original POC with Claude Code. I carefully reviewed src/ and made some simplifications, tests are mostly unchanged though.

Not sure if we have discussed distribution yet. It may be that we want to release this as an alternative client under the @tanstack group. But we're probably fine to have it here for initial review.
