README now shows Pocket Doc on a real Nintendo 3DS alongside six compiled-app simulator captures: browsing, editing, highlighted code, tables, document creation and file commands. The real-device photo is cropped from the demo recording; capture provenance is documented in docs/VALIDATION.md.

Run instructions now clone the default branch after #1 merged. The runtime submodule pins PocketJS main 39be3a19, the merged result of pocket-stack/pocketjs#362.

Validation on that runtime: 28 application tests (671 assertions), TypeScript, production guest and native ARM builds, 839 QuickJS frames at a 128 KiB stack, and 3,231 Wasm replay frames with 93 behavioral checks. Screenshot assets and links were checked. The installed handheld binary remains the previously verified demo build; these checks do not establish physical frame-time performance.
