Conversation

Raise the setuptools floor for SPDX license syntax
When build isolation resolves any allowed setuptools version from 61 through 76, this string-valued project.license is unsupported and package metadata generation fails instead of installing. Setuptools documents that SPDX license expressions were introduced in 77.0.0 and recommends requiring setuptools>=77; update [build-system].requires alongside this migration.
