Live check of five things I have shipped, redrawn once a day.

BeatMind. An AI music workspace built for Stick and Dot. A track is split into vocals, drums, bass and other stems, and one section of one stem is repainted. Solo build, 24 days, 307 commits, 180 users as of 2026-10-23. Next.js on Vercel, four Python GPU services on Modal. Private repo.

Vivid. Script in, cinematic storyboard out. An LLM plans the shots, FLUX.2 draws them, CLIP and ArcFace check the same face carries through every shot. Alpha.

Arrivo. A parking app for an airport car-park operator, built in 17 days with React Native, Expo, Hono and Neon. It runs on Android phones and is not in the app stores yet.

Kanata, 彼方, far beyond. The design and engineering studio I'm building: beautiful software with serious engineering underneath. Early days.

My year as a beat. 1,965 GitHub contributions over twelve months drawn as a step sequencer; a playhead sweeps across and lights each active day. Night shift. A 24-hour clock of when I commit. 38% of commits on BeatMind and Arrivo land between midnight and 6 am. What I got wrong. Six things I believed, then measured, and what I did about each.

Evidence-Bound Drug RAG. RAGAS faithfulness 0.80, refuses when the documents are silent.

Tathya. Sources from government, media and citizens cluster into one sourced case file. You decide.

Tabla Tuner. I've played tabla for ten years and never once managed to tune it, so I built the tuner I needed. It runs in the browser, with no install, account or server, and the sound never leaves your phone.

From Zero to Mozart. I just started the violin. A 193-page course PDF rebuilt as a calm site. Phase 0: planned and scaffolded.
