Appointment records for practices switching to TPP after study start date may not have been carried over during system transitions, the appointment records therefore might not complete well. This therefore can cause consultations not being recorded in our expected way? Let's try to restricting to practices using TPP at baseline (i.e., 1 year before Oct for each cohort) and see how the sample size changed: 3acee4f
Exclude practices with consultation rates <= 0.005 as sensitivity analysis, and the final threshold needs clinical evidence.
