Add the ability to edit OCR generated words

Hi,
it would be nice if one could edit the OCR generated words within paperwork. This way you don't have to explicitly add additional keywords to the documents if the OCR fails to extract a word.

While the idea is interesting, it would need to be associated with a per-document “OCR-lock” feature, so that the “redo all OCR” feature does not overwrite all the carefully edited texts.
