Review comments at @README.md:
- Around line 107-111: Update README step 4 to list only @nestjs/common and zod
as peer dependencies; remove @nestjs/core from the peer-dependency guidance
while preserving the existing bundling and type-only import instructions.
- Around line 89-90: Update the README watch workflow instructions to tell
developers to run pnpm build:server after the first vite build --watch build,
before installing the package, because the view build clears dist/ and removes
the server bundle.

The platform now asks a plugin that handles personal data to say why (ADR 0035): the purpose, the legal basis, how long the data is kept and whose data it is. Declare it for the occupancy view, copied from the fixture in openbrf/openbrf#447.
The processing purpose said the board sees who lives where. The view shows counts of residents and tenant-owners per apartment, only for the residents the plugin can see, and no names. The purpose is on the consent screen, so it now says that. The text matches fixtures/example-plugin in openbrf/openbrf#447.

The catalog check does not compare
processing, and its pinnedCORE_REFpredates ADR 0035. Update this release instruction to describe only the fields currently checked by the catalog.Suggested fix

* chore: release 0.2.0, the first version that declares processing Version 0.1.0 was released on 2026-10-20, before #3 added the openbrf.processing declaration, so its tarball has none. Releases are immutable, so the declaration needs a new version. Bump to 0.2.0 and move the changelog entry from 0.1.0 to it. * docs: say which instances read the processing declaration An instance that predates ADR 0035, and @openbrf/plugin-sdk 1.0.0, strip the unknown field, so the changelog and README no longer say the board reads it on any instance.
What
Declares
openbrf.processingin the manifest of the reference plugin, with the text fromfixtures/example-plugin/package.jsonin openbrf/openbrf#447 (ADR 0035):purpose: show the board how many apartments, residents and members there are, and how many residents and tenant-owners each apartment has, counting only the residents the plugin can see (counts, no names)legalBasis:legitimateInterest, with the interest stated inlegitimateInterestretention: nothing is kept, the data is read from the register each time the view is showndataSubjects:membersandresidentsPurpose, interest and retention are given in Swedish and English.
Why
The plugin reads names, apartments and residency from the address book, so it handles personal data. With ADR 0035 the platform asks a plugin to say why, instead of leaving the association to guess: the board reads it on the consent screen before installing, and a person can object to one plugin's processing without objecting to everything else. This is the reference plugin, so plugin authors copy its manifest; it should show the declaration.
The README and CHANGELOG now mention it. The version stays at 0.1.0, which is not released yet.
Stacked
mainholds only the README: the plugin itself is in #1 and #2. This branch is based on #2's branch (APT-5700-floor-address-data-font) so the diff shows only this change. Merge #1 and #2 first; retarget tomainonce they are in.How it was checked
pnpm typecheckpnpm test(33 tests pass)pnpm check:package: the packed package passes the catalog's checks. The pinned@openbrf/plugin-sdk1.0.0 does not yet validateprocessing, so this does not prove the new block is valid; the schema check comes with the SDK version that ships ADR 0035.Releasing follows the README's process after merge.
