Business reason

PR #30902 renames the built-in pack keys and module paths zh → zh-Hans and pt → pt-BR, adds zh-Hant, and makes the platform locale table the list of languages. skills/objectui/guides/i18n.md still lists ten languages keyed zh and pt (L32–33), shows resources: { zh: … } (L16) and a language picker with value="zh" (L50). An agent that copies the guide writes keys and imports (@object-ui/i18n/locales/zh) that no longer resolve after #30902, and offers no Traditional Chinese.

• skills/objectui/guides/i18n.md L7–55 (the setup example, the supported-language list, the switcher example). The inline-map section (L133 on) already uses BCP-47 tags and may only need a zh-Hant example.

Wanted

1. After PR feat(i18n)!: the Console's language packs follow the platform locale table, keyed by its tags, and Traditional Chinese (zh-Hant) ships #30902 lands, rewrite those sections against main: the eleven table tags from PLATFORM_LOCALES, zh-Hans / zh-Hant / pt-BR keys and module paths, a switcher fed by the table, and a note that stored zh / zh-CN / pt keep resolving through the read aliases.
2. Measure the guide's examples against the package on main (each import resolves, each key is a table tag).
