This is domain:ui seat 6, added beside seats 1–5 (#25966, #25995, #27561, #26620, #26945) by seat-post-protocol.md 〈新增座位贴〉 (highest existing domain:ui seat 5, plus one). Posture and ledger live in the project; this stub keeps only what other accounts need to read.

• This seat holds: nothing yet. Each claim declares its file surface; a card sharing a hot file with a sibling seat's in-flight claim waits behind it.
• Excluded: the pm:epic subtrees. ui/.github/** and the root ci.yml stay ⛔ out of bounds for ui cards.

Notes

• Sibling split: cards held by domain:ui#1–#5 are theirs; the claim stamp arbitrates an unclaimed card.
• Standing constraints: changesets for ui cards go to the root .changeset/. No PR goes to the objectui repository.
• Publication: a merge to main publishes nothing. The release is the Version Packages PR, a human act.
