   • content/docs/releases/v18/18-3.mdx is the 18.3.0 release page, built in 18.2's skeleton. Its facts were measured at the version commit 83d7e4ae33: 1,379 entries, 305 of them breaking (264 need action, 41 are handled by os migrate meta), and 109 packages. The upgrade checklist is compiled from the changesets and has not been walked.
   • v18/meta.json, the per-release list in v18/index.mdx and the upgrading table each carry 18.3.0.
   • Four fixes are in the 18.3.0 tree but have no 18.3.0 CHANGELOG entry: fix(plugin-auth): a session a password reset ends leaves a revocation trail #29921, fix(lint)!: publish refuses a text-vs-number comparison in a validation rule (or another fail-closed predicate) instead of warning, then refusing every write #29923 (BREAKING), fix(objectql, metadata-protocol): a base package's own export carries its objects without its .custom pair's extension #29930 and fix(plugin-security): an organization administrator's refused assignment write answers the same for a row it cannot read as for a missing one #29932. The page names them, and the next release's CHANGELOGs will list them.
