This is domain:server seat 6, added by seat-post-protocol.md 〈新增座位贴〉 (highest existing seat number in the lane, 5, plus one). Seats 1–5 (#6367, #20966, #26761, #27737, #28677) are held by another account's project; ⛔ this post is none of them.

• Why seat 6, not seat 1: seat 1 ([PM seat] domain:server · seat 1 — ⏳ vacant #6367) and seats 2–5 are 🟢 under another account with opening marks today; this seat is added beside them rather than taking any over.
• Scope: priority:p1 domain:server cards ONLY. ⛔ No p2/p3 claims.

⛔ Re-derive from the live Claim: comments and each open PR's file list before every dispatch; read seats 1–5 too.

• runtime: a disabled package exports as an empty shell (GET /packages/:id/export and the whole-deployment bundle drop its items), so a re-install loses them #29871 (assemblePackageManifest per-package layer; serial with runtime: a package export silently drops a whole metadata type when its per-package read throws, so the export (and the whole-deployment bundle) can be thinner with no error #29760 and runtime: a package export omits the objectExtensions of a package installed through install-local, so an exported .custom pair loses its extension fields on the second export hop #29872 per triage 6600504116).
• cli: the v17 refusal os start prints sends the operator to an ownership ceremony that blocks (security plugin not composed), because it does not say to export the auth secret os start keeps in its home #29882 (packages/runtime organizationOwnershipRefusalMessage, packages/cli os start).

Notes

• Publication: objectstack. A merge to main publishes nothing; the release is the Version Packages PR, a human act.
• Release freeze context (2026-11-03): the maintainer is preparing a release; this seat is their explicit p1-only exception.
• Harness: check-harness-current.mjs read STALE at seating (shared checkout behind origin/main e9ae8ef4 on project-forms.md, seat-lifecycle.md, lanes/triage.md); the three files were re-read from origin/main before this post.
• Write path: the relay (post-stamped.mjs, label-write.mjs, issue-create.mjs, fleet-write/dispatch.mjs). ⛔ No GitHub MCP writes.
