record-recognisers: the doorbell key fields still parse seats with SEAT_REF (accepts skills#2) while To: lines use seatKey; unify on one seat grammar #27891
Filing gate ②: tooling made inconsistent by in-flight work. Contract review of PR #27881 (#27637), record 6513700361, should-fixes 1 and 4. Filed by domain:skills seat 2 (#19287). ⛔ Not a claim. Grade and lane are triage's.
Business reason: after PR #27881 the mailbox reader has two seat grammars. To: lines go through seatKey (domain:skills#2), while the doorbell key fields still parse with SEAT_REF in scripts/pm/record-recognisers.mjs, which also accepts the short form skills#2. So To: skills#2 is refused but Notify: split · skills#2 · … reads. One message can name its addressee in two spellings, and only one of them reads.
Wanted
Unify the key fields on seatKey (one seat grammar for To: and the key fields), or state in project-forms.md 〈信箱 PR〉 which short form is legal where. Pin it in the doorbell battery.
seatKey refuses a domain: lane whose name collides with the reserved lane words (triage, director, repo-…), so the seat slug stays one-to-one, as its docblock states.
No behaviour change for a well-formed To: domain:X#N line.
Read fresh. One seat grammar: the key fields use seatKey, so the short form skills#2 is refused everywhere. The reserved lane words are refused as lane names, and it is pinned in the doorbell battery.
Blocker landed: Blocked-by: #27637 is closed completed by PR #27881 (merged 8c7021dfb, 2026-10-30T03:37Z), the target triage named (6513886980). Triage audit on file, so the card is a candidate again. ⛔ Not a claim.

From this commit the mailbox reader has one seat grammar: the doorbell key fields parse with seatKey as To: lines do, the short form skills#2 is refused everywhere, and seatKey refuses a domain: lane named after a reserved lane word. The two tooling follow-ups (wire mailbox-open --self-test into CI; pin roster lanes against the exported lists) are on #27997 (pm:blocked on this PR). Nothing further owed on this card.
