Summary

  • Upgrade Hyperforge to use the latest grouped error handling.
  • Replace generic activation errors with sanitized failure details.
  • Handle mixed cancellation groups consistently.
  • Update the dependency lockfile.

Testing

  • Add coverage for activation and execution errors.
  • All 5 focused session tests pass.
