Summary

Upgrade Hyperforge to 1.0.0.post418.
Use the shared grouped exception formatting and cancellation handling.
Preserve cancellation-only groups while reporting actionable failures.
Add coverage for regular and mixed exception groups.
Update the dependency lockfile.

Testing

All 4 focused session tests pass.
