Add prompt to open article immediately after creation

Story

• As a normal user, I can immediately open up a newly added article after creation from the add article page, so that I can quickly start reading.

Definition of Done

• The prompt should appear as a toast or modal for a few seconds that doesn't block the rest of the use of the app.
• This behavior can be toggled off in settings.
• This behavior can be set to jump to the library instead of immediately opening the article in the reader.
