What changed

  • Refined the WPF hardware-monitor layout, state styling, scroll-safe multi-GPU surface, accessibility announcements, high-contrast resources, and bilingual interface while preserving sensor and tray behavior.
  • Standardized the Inno Setup experience with permanent Start Menu launch/uninstall shortcuts, stable AppUserModelID values, optional unchecked desktop shortcut, upgrade preference reuse, logging, support metadata, and installed README/LICENSE files.
  • Added installer contract tests and expanded rendered-window layout coverage.

Why

The device cards and settings surface lacked a consistent visual hierarchy, and the installer was missing a Start Menu uninstall entry and complete upgrade/diagnostic metadata.

Impact

Sensor selection, availability rules, multi-GPU identity, polling cadence, task-scheduler startup, tray rendering, and the existing AppMutex installer handover remain unchanged.

Validation

  • Release build: 0 warnings, 0 errors
  • Tests: 152/152 passed
  • dotnet format --verify-no-changes: passed
  • git diff --check: passed
  • Self-contained publish: passed
  • Embedded requireAdministrator manifest: verified with mt.exe
  • Inno Setup 6.7.3 compilation and release checksum generation: passed
  • Installer SHA-256: 920018D3F19E4CEAD2B617079D7CF2B2BD0F1C9275CADA4A399DBC313E862686

No installer was executed and no installed application or GitHub Release was changed.
