npm create bus-app scaffolds an endpoint with a chosen transport and persistence, docker compose, tests and Dockerfile. It can reuse the examples/ from Phase 2.
Related: #155 (CLI for queue migrations). A shared CLI could cover both scaffolding and queue operations (provisioning, replaying from the dead-letter queue).
A correction to the description: there's no examples/ folder from Phase 2 to reuse, since the runnable examples are #252, in Phase 5. So this issue goes the other way: @node-ts/create-bus-app keeps its template in packages/create-bus-app/template (a private workspace package that's built, linted and type checked with the rest), and the #252 examples should be created from, or reuse, that template rather than the reverse. The command is npm create @node-ts/bus-app (package @node-ts/create-bus-app), a separate package from @node-ts/bus-cli; generated apps use bus-cli for generate-message-types and provision. The NestJS template is #366.
