docs: add paru AUR install command

What changed?

Added Arch/AUR install instructions at the top of the website and README, with commands for both yay and paru.

Why?

Arch users can now find the AUR install command alongside the other installation options.

Validation

• cargo fmt --check — not run; Rust code was unchanged.
• cargo test --locked — not run; Rust code was unchanged.
• cargo clippy --locked --all-targets -- -D warnings — not run; Rust code was unchanged.
• Relevant website validation: npm run lint, ./node_modules/.bin/tsc --noEmit --incremental false, and NEXT_TELEMETRY_DISABLED=1 npm run
  build.

No package manifests, release assets, or hosted repositories are affected.
