There's a race condition:

• onImportPhotos request started
• pollPickerSession request started
• onImportPhotos request completes. startingPhotoImport set to false. pickerSessionId set to false
• pollPickerSession request completes. startingPhotoImport is false, so it triggers onImportPhotos again. sessionId is null so it fails.
