Closes #120

A needs-you row on the sidebar named only the space, so two agents waiting in one space looked the same (● nerd · Allow Bash?, ✓ nerd). A row now names the pane first, then the space and the tab:

● rev · Allow Bash? · nerd
✓ qa · nerd
✓ claude 1 · nerd
✓ claude 2 · nerd
  • A pane without a name shows its agent, as the tree does.
  • Equal labels within one space get numbers in pane order; labels in different spaces are left as they are.
  • The name comes first because a narrow sidebar cuts a row from its end.
  • A click on a row still goes to that pane.

Checks: scripts/gates.sh passes; tests for the row's wording and for the numbering in pane order. An audit passed with minor notes only.

The row showed the space's name, so several agents in one space read alike.
It now starts with the pane's label as the tree shows it (a number follows
when the space has several panes with the same label), then the question a
blocked agent asks, then the space and tab, which a narrow row cuts first.
