Two cosmetic CLI items from the theme epic are dropped with it: pluralising quest check's "documents checked" and the column alignment for wide characters.

The land tests' fake GitHub moves from cloudflare/dev/github.ts to test/github.ts. It's cut from 1629 to 1135 lines by removing the paths that only the Worker exercised: SPDX, user tokens, and the inbox and job queries. The land tests reach the rest.
