Adds a -labs recipe for CV Curve, an MIT-licensed CV utility that bends a 0-10 V CV along an adjustable curve (Curve = 0 is a straight line). It ships its own modgui, and reports its live input/output values on control output ports so the GUI can draw them.

Pinned to commit c4ae42e (version 1.1). This updates the first revision of this PR (24276a0), which had an unreadable label colour in MOD's Manage CV Ports dialog: the pedal's light text colour was inherited by the white label box. The stylesheet now sets a dark colour for it.
Builds successfully on builder.mod.audio for all devices (build complete; .so, TTLs and the full modgui folder installed), and runs on a MOD Dwarf. Only tested on a Dwarf.
