Adds a -labs recipe for Slider Buttons, an MIT-licensed CV utility: two momentary Up/Down buttons that ramp a 0-10 V CV output at an adjustable speed and hold the level when released. It ships its own modgui and a control output port so the GUI can show the live level.

Pinned to commit dcdd884 (version 1.2). This updates the first revision of this PR (c3b7d0e), which had an unreadable label colour in MOD's Manage CV Ports dialog: the pedal's light text colour was inherited by the white label box. The stylesheet now sets a dark colour for it.
Builds successfully on builder.mod.audio for all devices (build complete; .so, TTLs and the full modgui folder installed), and runs on a MOD Dwarf. Only tested on a Dwarf.
