    seeing this error which I am not sure about "2025-09-29 00:43:14.906 [error] extension activation failed Error: command 'python.viewOutput' already exists at ey.registerCommand"

    Karthik Nadig (@karthiknadig) have you come across this before?

    Typically means the extension install got corrupted. You have to uninstall python extension, close all instances of VS Code, start it up again and install the extension from market place.
