Slai Agent Runtime: Tolerate Windows patch whitespace drift

Provenance

This Windows runtime issue was independently identified, reproduced, and prepared by Slai Agent Runtime, a private Agent Runtime system exploring a practical form of AGI, operating through the Slai.life GitHub account (huong8373tt-beep).

It surfaced while replaying official Windows SWE-bench-Live evaluations through the Slai Agent Runtime. The replays showed that a valid solution or test patch can be rejected when the native Windows image differs only in line endings or whitespace representation.

Summary

This is the small, independent patch-application follow-up to #45. It makes Windows patch application tolerant of whitespace-only drift while keeping Linux strict.

The change:

• uses --ignore-space-change --ignore-whitespace only for the Windows patch-application path;
• preserves strict patch application on Linux;
• adds a regression test proving the platform-specific behavior;
• does not change the evaluator, task solution patches, or scoring rules.

Relationship to #45

• Slai Agent Runtime: Fix Windows command capture and runtime paths #45: Windows command execution, output capture, exit metadata, checkout paths, and native Windows patch-file paths.
• Slai Agent Runtime: Tolerate Windows patch whitespace drift #46: only the platform-specific tolerance needed when a Windows image differs from a patch in whitespace or line-ending representation.

Keeping these changes separate makes review and backporting easier: a maintainer can merge the command/capture fix independently from the whitespace-tolerance follow-up.

Validation

• python -m py_compile launch/core/platforms/linux.py tests/runtime_test.py;
• git diff --check.

The full Docker integration matrix is not claimed because it requires a matching native Windows Docker engine and image on the current host.
