- ⏱️ Added per-key TTL-based expiration with lazy deletion to efficiently manage expiring entries.

- 🧠 Integrated Groq Whisper for transcription and Google Gemini for structured AI-powered meeting analysis, including summaries, key insights, and action items.
- 📦 Added 25 MB file-size validation to provide predictable processing and prevent oversized uploads from reaching the transcription service.
- 📧 Integrated Resend for email delivery, allowing users to send generated meeting summaries directly to a recipient.
- 📤 Implemented structured JSON and CSV export for generated meeting analysis results.
- 🚀 Deployed the application on Render with separate frontend and backend services and environment-based API configuration.
