build(deps): update build and test tooling to clear audit findings - #44

pnpm audit reported 8 high findings, all in dev tooling: vite 8.1.5 under vitest, and undici under semantic-release. Dependabot's security updates on main failed on the same ones (@vitest/mocker 4.1.11, undici, vite: transitive, so it could not move them). Tooling is updated within its ranges, the tree-sitter grammars, web-tree-sitter, esbuild and typescript are left as they are; pnpm audit now reports nothing.

In-range update of the dev tooling only (vitest, tsup, semantic-release and their trees); the tree-sitter grammars (managed by Grammars repin), web-tree-sitter, esbuild (overridden) and typescript are untouched. No runtime or public API change, no release.
