Description

Runs Plugins CI every Sunday on the default branch, so a change in Matomo core or the coding standards that breaks this unchanged plugin shows up on the build dashboard before the week starts, instead of failing the next unrelated pull request.

The scheduled run uses the existing caller and inputs, so it checks exactly what a push run checks. Each plugin gets its own minute between 09:02 and 13:12 UTC, clear of the other scheduled workflows.

It also moves the weekly release to 02:17 UTC on Monday, the same time as the other plugins, so the week's releases finish within the hour instead of being spread across the day.
