… fixes The fixed versions of urllib3 (2.7.0/2.8.0), requests (2.33.0), orjson (3.11.6) and black (26.3.1) all require Python 3.10, so with python = "^3.9" the lock file couldn't move past the vulnerable versions. Python 3.9 reached end of life in October 2025. - python = "^3.10"; black ^26.3.1 and orjson ^3.11.6 (dev). - Lock: urllib3 2.6.3 -> 2.8.0, requests 2.32.4 -> 2.34.2, orjson 3.11.5 -> 3.13.0, black 24.8.0 -> 26.10.1. - Drop 3.9 from the test matrix, README and AGENTS.md. The published urllib3 requirement (>=1.26.9) is unchanged. Users on Python 3.9 keep getting the last release that supports it.

Fixes the open Dependabot alerts for urllib3, requests, orjson and black. The fixed versions all require Python 3.10, so this drops Python 3.9 (end of life since October 2025).
python = "^3.10". Users on 3.9 keep getting the last release that supports it.>=1.26.9) is unchanged.Since this drops a Python version, release it as a minor version bump.
