Cancelling a simulator launch with LLDB selected skipped suspended-process capture, even before a debugger had attached. Capture those request-owned launches and reap them before returning cancellation. Cleanup still rechecks the executable, start time, Simulator UUID, stopped state, and actual debugger attachment; successful debugger launches keep their existing resume behavior.
Fixes #459.
Validation:
swift test --disable-sandbox --force-resolved-versions --filter 'NativeApplicationLaunchTests|NativeExecutionOperationsTests': 16 tests passed.-32800response arrived and at the 1, 5, and 15-second checks. Workspace and host closed without forced termination.
