Backend engineer with infrastructure depth. I have 5+ years of experience working with .NET, SQL, APIs, and production systems, with recent work in Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Terraform, CI/CD, AWS, and Google Cloud.
A lot of my work has involved problems that cross more than one layer of a system: application code, database queries, deployment, and runtime infrastructure.
Much of my professional experience came from consulting and client delivery.
At Duotify, I contributed to 20+ client engagements across an emergency medicine association platform, finance, retail, B2B, public-sector services, and internal engineering infrastructure, while concurrently maintaining 12–14 active projects.
Selected examples:
- Emergency medicine association platform: Reduced three administration workflows from 5–8 minutes and frequent timeouts to about 5 seconds, with the fastest around 0.4 seconds, by moving expensive multi-table processing into SQL Server stored procedures, views, and functions.
- Finance: Took over a 40–50 API backend mid-project, delivered additional APIs, and built the company's first AWS development and test environment so the team could develop and verify changes without relying on restricted client access.
- Developer infrastructure: Maintained GitLab CE and CI/CD infrastructure used by about 100–150 engineers across multiple runner environments, including upgrade validation and routine Linux automation.
More recently, my independent contract work has included FastAPI/PostgreSQL backend restructuring, legal-document automation, and Terraform-based cloud delivery across development and production environments.
A production-style platform project for hands-on work with GCP, Terraform/OpenTofu, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Workload Identity Federation, Artifact Registry, and ArgoCD. I built it to deepen practical experience with platform delivery and GitOps patterns beyond my production work.
A Go CLI and MCP-compatible tool for multilingual content workflows, including translation preparation, validation, provider adapters, batch orchestration, status tracking, and site-level checks.
