livekit/livekit-server chart is outdated

I see that the latest version is v1.9.4 https://github.com/livekit/livekit/releases but after updating helm repo I still see v1.9.0

Would be nice if we could set the image ourselves, so we do not depend on the chart upgrade to upgrade livekit. I know that has some drawbacks with breaking changes, but that could be solved by semver.

It does respect image.tag in values:

livekit-helm/livekit-server/templates/deployment.yaml

It's just not documented in the values file.
