Persistent Subscription UI does not reflect actual status of the service

Description:
There is an issue where the persistent subscriptions UI is not updating to show the actual state of the subscription.

Even though the Subscription has checkpointed, and messages are being processed, the "Current" value remains at 0.

Additional Info:
A curl on the persistent subscriptions endpoint seems to show the correct state of the subscriptions. The UI does not.

Tried: Restarting the server
