Локально docgen/check и diff-check. Dotnet/native builds и runtime tests локально не запускались; host-language проверка — в CI PR. Все реальные причины failures исправляются без ослабления оракулов/guards.
Зависит от Rust PR21: сохранить immutable pin обычным merge, не squash. Без merge, тегов и публикаций до отдельного разрешения.
