What we do

Most AI projects ask a service business to rip out what already works and adopt a new platform. We don't.

KORIX builds and deploys AI agents inside the tools you're already running, your CRM, your booking system, your inbox, using a model we call BYOS: Bring Your Own Software. You keep your stack. We add the agent layer on top, with a human sign-off step on anything that touches a customer or a decision that matters.

The 21-Day Pilot

Every engagement starts as a fixed 21-day pilot, not an open-ended retainer.

  • Week 1 — map the workflow, define exactly what the agent should and shouldn't decide on its own
  • Week 2 — build and test it inside your existing tools
  • Week 3 — run it live, side by side with your team, until it's trusted

At the end of 21 days you have a working agent, or you don't move forward. That's the whole offer.

    The difference between an AI agent and a chatbot is what each one is allowed to do. A chatbot answers questions: it recognises what you asked and returns a scripted or retrieved reply. An AI agent goes further, reasoning through a goal, deciding the next step, and taking multi-step actions inside your systems, usually with a human checkpoint and an audit trail.
