Two features shipped without documentation. This adds both sections.

Workflows (docs/workflows, 11 pages): what a workflow is and when to reach
for one rather than a routing rule or the assistant, the builder, the five
triggers, control flow, approvals and collected input, the action catalog,
templating and workspace variables, storage, testing before publishing, run
history, and limits.

Connections (docs/platform/settings/connections, 4 pages): capabilities as
the organising idea, connecting through an OAuth install or a credential
form, the provider reference, and managing a credential through its life.

Written from the code on feat/workflows rather than the internal design
docs, several of which are stale. Worth knowing: the dispatch breaker is
500 runs per workflow per 5 minutes, not the 100 or 200 those docs quote;
wait_until exists and holds a check block; and the per-plan concurrency and
monthly run allowances they describe are not built, so nothing here promises
them.

Also refreshes the Slack and Jira notification-channel steps, which still
described the flow from before connections existed.

- Navigation: module menus moved to tabs (Alerts, Incidents, Reliability,
Assistant, Serverless, Synthetics, Network Monitoring, Kubernetes), and
Service Map is a view in APM & Services.
- Reports: Previous period and Fixed range, report timezone, Monitor type,
Covers, Send Report now, and Period Covered.
- Alerts: Groups-first tabs and History, Simple and Advanced mode, folder
defaults, custom notification title, absence detection, routing rules
(Auto default, Suggest keys, reminders), groups, silences, maintenance
  windows, and webhook channels.
- Runbook scripts for Linux host agents in workflows, agent management,
  and the agent config reference.
- Roles named Owner, Developer, and Viewer instead of admin; MCP URL and
  eBPF troubleshooting corrected.

…AWS, databases, Kubernetes, SSO, Issues, RUM, and agent docs
Screenshot refresh: Aug–Sep 2026 releases
Refresh AWS and Data Sources screenshots and add MongoDB, MySQL and PostgreSQL dashboard images
Updated Integration docs: configure receivers from the collector config UI
Replace the old database-monitoring section (DAM, OpenTelemetry, direct
monitoring, and per-engine YAML integration pages) with pages for the
Databases module: the list, instance details and Overview, Metrics, query
performance and explain plans, running queries and blocking, calling
services, schema, sensitive data, topology, and SQL Server Agent jobs and
Oracle AWR. Setup stays on the agent's database monitoring pages.

Old URLs redirect to the page that now covers them, and the eBPF page
points at Calling services instead of the removed DAM view.

Replace the Running queries screenshot with one taken during lock
contention, and add screenshots of the blocking chain and of the session
table with every blocking column turned on, plus a table explaining those
columns.

Keep the old database-integrations pages removed (they redirect to the new
module docs) and drop the screenshots develop added for them.

…ow guides

- Workflows reference: the Route step, the alert router template and its
alert-group lookup, Variables as its own page, Liquid examples and email
escaping, form sign-in, email-only approvals, run statuses and usage,
limits, and what AWS API Call, Run Command on Host, Wait until, and MCP
  Tool Call actually do.
- Connections: one Workflows capability, the Revoked status, and the
  actions beside each status.
- Guides: 16 workflow guides with importable YAML, grouped on the guides
index by site reliability, developer teams, company processes, and help
desk. They include AI Prompt, AI Route, and MCP Tool Call examples that
  use the KloudMate MCP server.

Rename the alert tools to search_alert_rules, search_alert_states, and
search_alert_states_history, and add the 15 tools the page left out:
alert groups, incidents, SLOs, trace groups, CloudWatch logs, and
profiling. The list now matches all 46 tools in publicKloudmateTools
from @kloudmate/kloudmate-ai-agent 1.8.2.

Also replace the page's em dashes with commas, colons, and periods.
