Summary

• builder: smallest-diff rule, narrower reading of an ambiguous brief, and a Noticed report section; orchestrate carries Noticed into its Not done.
• reviewer: pre-existing problems are at most a NOTE, hidden failures are a check, and the unused Skill tool is gone.
• hall-monitor: a fast rules-only pass over the diff at low effort, with maxTurns.
• planner: each lane names the existing code it follows as path:line, and the orchestrate brief carries it.
• comment-janitor: verifies a comment's claims against the code; runs on Sonnet.
• maxTurns and omitClaudeMd on the narrow agents (grunt, git-janitor-investigator, hall-monitor).
• New wrap-up skill with scripts/wrap_up.py (tested) doing the end-of-work checklist; git-janitor is now its Haiku background runner and no longer needs killall-skills:git-janitor.
• tasks/todo.md tracks the review. Plugin version 2.5.0 to 2.6.0.
