Generate PNG favicons (96/192/512 + apple-touch-icon) from
`favicon.svg` via a new `npm run favicons:build` script using
`@resvg/resvg-wasm`, commit `site.webmanifest`, and serve them through
`_headers` with the right cache and content-type. Config adds
Organization, WebSite, SoftwareApplication, and FAQPage JSON-LD
entities, cross-referenced by `@id`, plus a six-entry FAQ.
Project description is reframed ("one-page open spec + stateless
reference toolkit") across AGENTS, README, SECURITY, and the site,
with summary blockquotes added to `guide.md` and
`adding-a-language.md`.
