From the first full local run: the lead spawned a quest with isolation: "worktree" once, on the strength of a sentence in isolation.md saying the flag "MAY work, but must be verified". It does worse than not work: it creates a second worktree the store knows nothing about, and per the sub-agents docs a named agent spawned with isolation launches as a plain subagent rather than a teammate. The lead caught it via git worktree list, stopped that agent, and respawned without the flag.

The sentence now says never to pass it, and the quest spawn parameter list in fellowship/SKILL.md lists "no isolation parameter" explicitly. Markdown only.
