We usually do this from the admin (even though we have an automatio script that isnt perfect yet), so it would be nice if we let potential users add register companies and add their stack. This will help us grow our DB.
Note that this task is related to #42 . So technically, user profile or some authorization has to be implemented before this.
Then a form to add technological stacks. Almost the same approach from the admin

Now, think of it from the user approach. We would need like a single page with about 2 form steps.

- Add their stacks.
