Update narration and Manim for segments 01, 08, 18, and 19 so they match Flask always creating StackRuns. TTS + Whisper timestamps + Manim + compose + validate --pre-push + concat. Co-authored-by: John Menke <jmjava@gmail.com>

Spoken demos already landed in #24. Align milestone/README/research/hint copy so M15 and M16 no longer read as in-progress follow-ons. Co-authored-by: Cursor Agent <cursoragent@cursor.com>

Spoken demo scripts for segments 01, 08, 18, and 19 still described
